The main outcomes of the 2011/2012 admission procedure were presented to the Programme Coordinators on November 14^th, stress being laid, in the current academic year, on the attractiveness of IST programmes in Greater Lisbon and Setúbal.

After the new Knowledge and Competence Assessment Regulations and the IST Academic Calendar have been in force for the past year, an assessment study of the impact of the amendments to these regulations has been carried out, by comparing the outcomes in 2009/10 and 2010/11 and taking into consideration a set of dimensions – Academic Success, Class Attendance and Examination Calendar.

After three years of operation, the NEP web site has been finally set up. During this first phase (2011) an array of studies carried out by the NEP team will be made available. At a later stage, statistics on IST will be published on a regular basis.
